  1. Do you provide same day delivery/pick-up?

Not at the moment as we need at least one day to proceed the online orders.


FAQs

  1. How long can I keep your sourdough/pastries for?

Sourdough: 2 days in room temperature, 1 week in the fridge or 3 weeks in the freezer

Pastries: 1 day in room temperature, 3 days in the fridge


  1. How to reheat your sourdough/pastries?
  • Sourdough: sprinkle water liberally on sourdough and re-heat in a pre-heated oven for 2-4 mins
  • Pastries: re-heat in a pre-heated oven for 2-4 mins 


  1. Do you accept dine-in reservations? 

Yes! We do accept reservations for groups of 6 and above. For fewer than 6, feel free to walk in and we’ll get you seated.


  1. What are your operating hours?

We are open daily! Here's our every branch opening hours.

  • Bray Bakery HQ KL: 8.00am - 6pm (Hot Food last call 4.30pm)
  • Bray To Home @Desa Park City & @163 Mont Kiara: 10am - 10pm (last call 9.30pm) 

 

  1. Are you Halal certified? 
  • Bray is pork-free and alcohol-free. All poultry and meat are sourced from halal suppliers, and the majority of our kitchen & bakery team are Muslims. Also, some ingredients are imported from Japan and France, but we always ensure we are committed to maintaining Muslim-friendly standards.
