Bray has a total of 4,500ft space.

- Dining space has 2,300ft that can fit maximum of 80pax at the side of the entrance & bakery will be closed for this private event. (except pre-orders for takeaway)

- Sound system, plugs, bleacher seats are provided.

Working Hour Rates (8am - 5pm)

- Minimum RM10,000 on weekdays based on our daily sales & RM15,000 on weekends.

- Catering Food is included in the package budget for (weekdays, RM3,000 & weekends, RM4,500)

- Example: 50pax of food budget will be (RM3,000/50pax = Rm60/per session) food menu are depending on the budget & top-up are advisable if required more premium ingredients like seafood or beef. 

Dinner Catering (5pm – 10pm)

- Package price: RM4,500 (food not included)

- Food catering: From RM70 per pax, per session

- Extras: Additional top-ups available depending on the selected menu

- Less than 25pax. Space rent will not be charged but operation of the bakery will run as usual.

- Food Catering will be start from RM70 pax per session. Additional top-up are available, depending on menu served.

- Ordering from Bray Bakery menu during operating hours are not advisable & there are no table ordering from our staff due to confusion & complications. (if so, only counter ordering are available or take-aways)

- Only available from 8am - 5pm & only plugs are provided.

- An proper event space by Ancora with 2,900ft that can accommodate 80-110 pax. (Equipped with plugs, speakers & projector)

- Food Catering will be provided by Bray Bakery and the starting price is RM 70/pax per session with a minimum of 60 pax.

*Additional top-up is available, depending on the menu served.

*Main dining area will be at The Waiting area and Event Space area.
