- How long can I keep your sourdough/pastries for?
Sourdough: 2 days in room temperature, 1 week in the fridge or 3 weeks in the freezer
Pastries: 1 day in room temperature, 3 days in the fridge
- How to reheat your sourdough/pastries?
Sourdough: sprinkle water liberally on sourdough and re-heat in a pre-heated oven for 2-4 mins
Pastries: re-heat in a pre-heated oven for 2-4 mins
- How long does your RTD coffees last?
5 days in the fridge
- What beans do you use for your RTD Coffees?
Our RTD coffees are made with our house blend, The Darling Blend roasted by Artisan Roastery which comprises of:
Ethiopia Adola Barkume - Heirloom Washed
Brazil Fazenda Trapia - Yellow Bourbon Pulped
- Do you accept dine-in reservations?
No, we do not due to the limited number of seating that we have
- What are your operating hours?
We are open every Tuesday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm and Saturday to Sunday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. We are closed every Mondays
- Are you Halal certified?
While we do not have a Halal Certificate yet, we are a Muslim-friendly establishment as we do not use pork and alcohol within our premise.
- Do you have a sourdough/coffee subscription?
