- How long can I keep your sourdough/pastries for?
Sourdough: 2 days in room temperature, 1 week in the fridge or 3 weeks in the freezer
Pastries: 1 day in room temperature, 3 days in the fridge
- How to reheat your sourdough/pastries?
- Sourdough: sprinkle water liberally on sourdough and re-heat in a pre-heated oven for 2-4 mins
- Pastries: re-heat in a pre-heated oven for 2-4 mins
- Do you accept dine-in reservations?
Yes! We do accept reservations for groups of 6 and above. For fewer than 6, feel free to walk in and we’ll get you seated.

Bray is pork-free and alcohol-free. All poultry and meat are sourced from halal suppliers, and the majority of our kitchen & bakery team are Muslims. Also, some ingredients are imported from Japan and France, but we always ensure we are committed to maintaining Muslim-friendly standards.
